So, my buddy recently got this A520F from a seller while he was in Germany. Which turned out to not only be FRP locked but the information to gmail account was apparently forgotten.
I've spent the whole night so far trying to fix it, and decided I'll just go through the old method of going down to a Factory Bios and reupgrading to a stock one. Apparently, FRP didn't like that very much, because installing the stock bios works fine up until system, where FRP blocks it stating its modified.
I'm unsure where to go from here. My latest attempt has me in a message saying to use Emergency recovery function, which I'm wondering if might be able to do something?
The full model number if that is any helpful would be SM-A520FZDDXSG. I'm completely stumped and some advice on how to go forward would be appreciated.
Tldr;
FRP believes stock system binary is modified
