[frp] [xt1622] moto g4 - fighting with frp (cant access developer mode)

Hello guys, i have a problem with moto g4 (xt1622), my sister blocked it with frp, and im doing everything to make this phone alive again. It have a nougat 7.0 (1 july 2017 security). I tried everything, The only way to do it is installing 6.0.1 or (maybe) nougat with max (december 2016 security). Everything would be fine but i cant access developer mode, tapping build name doesnt work. So.. i cant unlock bootloader. Have you any idea?
