[FTF] 10.5.A.0.230 - C6502 (US),C6503 (Journalist) and C6506 (US)

Do you have an unlocked bootloader?

Boss mine is UB.. Im havibg hard time rooting the rom. Can you please help me out? I was trying to strip the kernel using RAR extracting from FTF then used latest FLASHTOOL to DUMP DATA and there's no DUMP DATA button on the TOOL so I selected EXTRACT DATA then I rename the dump file to boot.img but flashtool said this is not a boot image.

What I was thinking is to flash a custom kernel (CM11 kernel) and flash supersu and flash the stock kernel back but it leads me to failure. Can you please help me out? ?

Right click on the file -> share -> share

Then you'll have a popup with a section "Who can access" next to the first entry (it should say "Private - Only you can access") there's a link labeled "Change...". Select the option "Anyone with the link" and "Save" -> "Edit".

That should be it .

yes u can flash it on your c6502 .

I've notice the notification bar color, icons will not change if you changed the theme. It remains to default white color.

That's actually not true, the journalists version has no customization what so ever...

Have you ever compared the sizes?

Yes, I installed both versions and I can say this, the NCB version contains less app, and the icon is the 4G LTE

.230 kitkat has a lot of bugs, don't understand why anyone would want to put this on their phone. .233 is supposed to be coming out any day now, that one is "supposed" to fix a lot of the bugs.
