[FTF][SGP321][10.1.1.A.1.253] Only Kernel FTF and Only Baseband FTF

Sometimes all we need is the stock kernel to go back to when things have screwed up
or sometimes the latest CM/AOKP is not working because "please flash the latest .253 baseband for GSM and NFC to work"

So for those situations no need to download the whole 700 MB FTF.
