Confirmed: New Kernel and New Baseband
Quick Review
General: More smooth in the UI, some lags in certain applications in landscape mode, GPU problem, I do not think it is fixed
RAM: Like the old build number, It's something that Sony should improve.
BUG FIXED: Auto shutdown when the battery is fully charged is fixed!!!
Camera: Mmmm a bit better, better than Xperia V, because I compared both devices
Multimedia: Very good in general, but sometimes the Movies app does not play some videos, the only solution is a reboot

Confirmed bugs

-Blue flickering in Movies app still present, also in the stock keyboard when using UC Browser (sometimes).
-Auto shutdown when the battery is fully charged, why isn't fixed?(kernel problem) (Edit: The bug its fixed )
-Update Center doesn't work, (kernel problem)

Test you and let me know your opinion about this build, maybe I forgot something

Yes, I recommend the latest version
It is quite stable and fluid, but some bugs were not fixed it yet.

About fully charged bug not checked until now, because I never leave the mobile on charge overnight.

My problem was with battery. My phone's battery drop suddenly when ever it reaches to 45-40% and turn off. This problem is not fixed in this new firmware..... i don't know what to do...

You should calibrate your battery.
You spend your battery completely and then recharge it for 6 hours.

It worked for me.
