You don't require the .69 ftf, just flash this one.. Works like a charm..

after relocking, am i able to receive new official firmware from sony in the future??

Yes you can relock it using the latest flashtool (tested it myself). Just remember you are connected to the internet while doing so.

ok i already confirmed it..
we can relock and unlock BL using latest flashtool after flashing ftf
after relocking BL, we can receive update from SUS or PCC. cannot update/repair using SUS or PCC if BL is unlocked
now i get it all
now i can freely install any rom
