In this thread, You can share the Mega-Links of new firmware's (OFFICIAL STOCK) for the Galaxy Note10+ (so: NO CUSTOM ROM's and/or ROOT-talk)...

How to flash firmware to your phone:

1. Extract (un-rar) the firmware file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin) ***
2. Download Odin v3.14.4
3. Extract Odin ZIP file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin)
4. Open Odin v3.14.4
5. Power OFF your Note10+
6. Reboot Phone in Download Mode (1st plug-in USB-cable to your Note10+!!!), push Volume Up + Volume Down buttons, while pushing them plug-in USB-cable to PC
7. Wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
8. Add the firmware files to their designated slots
9. Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
10. Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes

*** You can always find the LATEST firmware in msg #2

Sir, in line 5 it reads as S10 +. Humble request to change to note 10 . Because it is causing confusion.

Your CSC won't change, because Globe and Open Line are both in Multi-CSC OXM

So there would be no other way to change the CSC and possible to open line our unit? Or we can flash a different region that is not in the Multi-CSC?

I would also like to know the right way to change the CSC. Currently on ASH5 rom with XSA CSC. Would like to swap to THL. I have a thailand sim card but the normal method of reset with sim card inserted didn't work like it worked for my Note8

Could you go to Software Info on your device, scroll down to "Software Serviceprovider" and post that info here (screenshot)...
