That's quite strange.mine stuck at the cm booting screen, i take off the battery and reboot it... still make no changes
Are you using apps that require root access like SetCPU? The only time I've experienced consistent boot loops was because I had SetCPU on a setting that was too high. I had to reboot into safe mode and uninstall the app.
If you have any apps that could be interfering, boot into safe mode and remove them.
Aside from that, just restore from a nand backup and you should be fine.

when i flash the CM6.1-Gingertheme.v6.1.LEGEND.zip i get i missing system\build.prop??
i don't have those app that require root access. will the original CM theme crash with the gingerbread theme?i think that is the only reason for me to stucked in the cm loading screen.
is it possible to remove the current CM theme and install the gingerbread theme?

I haven't tried it. Too much work involved when I'm happy with just having flashed the necessary zips etc... You could give it a try but backup first.
Have you tinkered with the system in any other way? Removed gapps etc...?
Is there any way to put only the Gingerbread icons of notification bar but with a Sense ROM (in my case Blayo 0.6)?
