[FULL RESTORE][TAR] Stock MK5 Odin FLASHABLE [4.3] Thanks to @CNexus for the OP template.

Disclaimer: I am not responsible for what you do to your device. Flash as your own risk!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just the MK5 FULL stock tar extracted from Kies. Some of you have requested this in order to be ready for the 4.4.2 OTA Update. Just know, this WILL flash Knox onto your phone. You've been told/warned :)

Download Link

Instructions:
1. Download tar from above and download Odin
2. Put phone into download mode (power off, then power button + Volume Down, then volume up when prompted)
3. Open Odin (right click > open as administrator, if needed)
4. Load stock tar into the PDA slot
5. Start flashing
6. Grab some popcorn because it will take a while
7. Profit

WARNING: If you have flashed ND8 4.4.2, then you will BRICK your device if you try to flash this, because this flashes the 4.3 bootloader.

I was on virgin mobile 'stock' 4.1.2 with custom recovery and rooted and kept getting update notification which would upgrade to 4.3.... Obviously I couldnt do the update due to not having stock recovery and being rooted, so I used the method in this thread. Once I completed the recovery and am now upgraded to 4.3 I imediately recieved a notification of a system update inwhich I assume would have been the 4.4 update. I clicked to accept the update and reboot so it could install but once it rebooted and tried to install the update it imediately faild and booted back into 4.3... Now the notification isnt present and my phone says its up to date. has anyone else experienced this problem? And Im wondering now if I may be blacklisted from the 4.4 update.

No you are not " Blacklisted " from the 4.4 Update ;) . Although in all likely hood you will not get the notification again. The thread HERE should explain things a bit better for you.

The reason it failed is because you have root and custom recovery. You have to actually be 100% stock for the OTA to work.
