Where did you extract it from?

This is a themed AccuWeather of the s3 not the actual one. Have you even tested this mod yet?

might be he took the background image from UCCW skin S4 clock widget and just change it to Accu weather widget of S3 .

You need to decompile the apk an then look for the res/layout folder. In the s3 I think there are more than one layout folder and I think you have to edit the 360dip one. Inside it you will fin two xml files. The one you have to modify is the widget_main one. Then read the code and try to guess which line resizes or move each element. Then recompile the apk. Tomorrow i'll decompile the s3 widget and see of I can help you more or if the code is the same to the s2 I'll try editing it

I'am using cm 10.1 base rom & was using old accuWeather well but i flashed this new accuweather & i had set accu widget on homescreen but when i tap on the widget it giving FC error & does not open accu settings? what can be wrong. Before flash i wipe cache & delvik cache and flashed.
