I finally found a GCAM port that doesn't crash!
HDR+ works perfectly
Portrait works
Lens blue works
Panorama works
Photo sphere works
Slo mo works
And video doesn't crash when in Nexus 6 auto for HDR+

Make sure you set front cam config to Nexus 6p and back cam to pixel II
Black level offset should be 16.90
Set the fixed black level Offset values to this IN ORDER to fix the green tint in low light:
64
64.20
64.20
63.80

Note: I did not make this, I just wanted to share it with you.

Anyone knows a working gcam with non-green front camera + night sight for Oreo?

I must have tried more than 10 versions without success.

I have been using PMGC_7.2.014_Relesed_V1.apk and its working greatly with back and front cam till now. I haven't tested video and astrophotography. Shall test it and post the review here soon.
Link for this version is below,

Thanks but that's for Pie, I'm on Oreo.
I don't think a proper Oreo with night sight and working front cam exist for Z2 force but it's ok. Using gcam only for night sight.

Pie working well for your phone mate?

Yes Pie update is working flawlessly for me till now. Have you not received the Pie update or have not updated to it? As I have Moto Z2 Force Verizon Edition and it received Pie update OTA.

On my Sprint Z2 Force updated to Pie (RetIn/Sprint hybrid), I can't get this version to work. I open the Gcam app and it immediately crashes with a "close" popup.

Look for this one and try it. Gcam_6.2.031_Advanced_V2.3beta2.190808.0732.apk
Worked OK for a few shots, then decided it was going to hang whenever I picked NightSite.

But do any of the 7.* Gcam ports work on the Z2 Force (Pie) without crashing? I tried one or two that could take a pic or two before they permanently went into auto-crash mode when I opened them.

Are there settings I need to set for the ports to work?

You might clear the cache and storage for the default and Gcam, then disable stock cam and try Gcam again. It can be finicky to setup.
Alternatively, this cam worked good for me. Burst mode worked great but no night site. So pick your poison. GCam-5.1.018-Pixel2Mod-Arnova8G2-V8.3b1.apk

I'm using this on Pie : PMGC_7.2.014_Relesed_V1.apk
No problems except of crashing in Video mode but you can capture videos from the photo mode while pressing down for 2sec the shooting button.
If there is another working version of Gcam as well, let us know.
I have also to notice that the Night Site seems very vivid as regards the colours, is this right?
