It looks like corrupted /system. Look for Cloner Tool thread

I have the same situation as @braksg, I've tried the Cloner Tool already and the result is the same: stuck at the A logo.

In recovery mode, after flashing both /boot and /system partition, I was able to mount the /system and it seemed fine. I don't know, but it looks like the watch itself is unable to even get to the part where it mounts the /system partition, therefore we get to the:

I'm even thinking about trying a PACE rom in my Stratos just to see if I can get the watch to boot.

Is there a way to see any logs or access dmesg without adb shell?

I installed the PACE rom and it booted, I was unable to use the touchscreen though. Then I've flashed the STRATOSfied rom and the results were the same as the stock rom. At least now I was able to get to adb shell. I'm not sure what to look for but I think dmesg is a good start:

BIG THANKS to you Saratoga79!
0) Installed LightOS and wanted to install Instalador_v2.7.1_Hybrid_2.0.83.0__Multi which stubbornly refused to install on LightOS.
1) Bricked my device after trying to go back from LightOS to Stock US/Global/International Firmware 2.3.13.0 (device froze while installing system image [waited 45min]) - stuck with the A logo after switching it on and off
2) After a lot of trying got to fastboot via button method, yeah!
3) Used your Unbrick_US.bat to get it reusable.
4) Now finally Instalador_v2.7.1_Hybrid_2.0.83.0__Multi was working and I got it installed.

Manual installation method

Introduction

Here I will explain how to install the firmware using a command window or any other terminal.

The requirements are the ones stated in first post.

On your terminal, go to the path where all the files were unzipped, or if you are running a Windows OS, just run terminal_cmd.bat and you are good to go.

How to Unbrick your watch
If your device is bricked, stuck at initial Amazfit logo, and no adb connection with PC, you have to reboot your watch into fastboot mode using the button and USB plug trick with this tutorial, and then you can run UNBRICK_US.bat to the root of the stock Firmware folder with all the other files, and run it.

Or you can install the firmware using manual commands and starting at Point 3.

OTA Installation
Download OTA installer from Post #1 and if you are running a Windows PC, run terminal_cmd.bat, or any other command/terminal window on your PC in the root of the unzipped folder.
Copy the update to the watch

Installed the custom rom, worked pretty well, but the main purpose in my case was the heart rate limit in the oficial rom, and this one has the same lower limit of 40 bpm, so i tried to revert to the original custom rom.
Along the way, something went wrong, between reboots, and now I'm stuck with Amazfit logo.

The watch (Stratos2 A1619), it's visible in adb, but whenever i try to do something, like rebooting in fastboot, running the setup of the custom or the stock firmware, i get errors in the commands (Something 5555, Error I/O, etc.)

Next step, I was able to boot the watch in manual FastBoot (screen with two lines 1. FastBoot and 2.ForceErase), the only problem it's that none of my pcs, recognize the watch... Unrecognized USB Device, so i'm kind of stuck.

If i had the drivers, that i don't know what they are, probably i could recover the watch with the Unbrick_US.

What can/should I do?

Another question, the firmware that works for me it's the 2.3.2.8 stock, but the watch it's all the time remind me of a new firmware version... It's possible to disable this notification/update verification?

Good afternoon,
I unlocked the BOOTLOADER more wrong I ended up putting the ROM of the amazfit strato in the amazfit PACE so asking for the serial number is null.
I tried following the tutorial but I don’t have root access, I tried using cloneusb to put the restoration metadata on the screen but I can’t change it to force erase because the touch doesn’t work and the pace button doesn’t work because it would be the upper strator, can someone give me an idea of how to restore lol the watch is new and never used.

A day after the purchase, the watch began to freeze, reset to factory settings and after that the clock does not work.
We installed almost all the firmware and failed to start the clock. They stop at the logo.
Installed TWRP they work. Unlocked.
misc.img original with serial number and MAC.
I do not know how to restore them already, I tried all the methods.

The clock when switching to fastboot mode sometimes does not respond to the fastboot boot recovery.img command Your best bet is to run the command first

When I bought mine it showed itself in Zeep app as Stratos+ but now after install this ROM it is like normal Stratos... Another question is if the ROM is the same for Stratos and Stratos+? The only difference is the safire glass and the bracelet??

Watch was flashed to 2.0.55.1 ROM and then back to Stock US (Stratos_Stock_US_Firmware_2.3.6.1)

After flashing rom:
- watch name changes to Amazfit Stratos and before was Amazfit Stratos 2S,
- Amazfit app shows Amazfit Stratos before was Amazfit Stratos +
- Bluetooth device watch name persist as Amazfit Watch-737D before was Amazfit Watch-C9E9

any ideas what should be done to fully return to US Amazfit Stratos +
I have the same problem...
Anyone can help us?
I think we only need the original ROM/Firmware for Stratos+ (2s)...

I don't have any Stratos+ firmware...
AFAIK, both devices share same firmware, the only difference is Huami model A16xxS and product model Amazfit Stratos+ in build.prop, therefore the model displayed in watch and Zepp app.

    1. Connect the watch to your PC
    2. Unzip the the folder
    3. Run flash_US.bat file for English interface (Don't do it as Administrator since is known to cause issues) or flash_US2.bat if you have issues with the other installer.
    4. Wait to the end of the process and don't touch anything.

    Batch file explanation

    Since 2.3.8.0 firmware installer there are new batch files (.bat files) with updated modded files. During the installation a modded recovery and boot files are used to gain adb root access, in this installer you will find old batch files which uses old modded recovery and boot files, and some other batch files which uses latest modded recovery and boot files. This is meant to be more compatible with all watches/firmwares. Note that all batch files install the same firmware but in a different way.

    A explanation of each file is explained in ver.txt file.

    Manual method installation

    Manual installation method

    Introduction
    Here I will explain how to install the firmware using a command window or any other terminal.

    The requirements are the ones stated in first post.

    On your terminal, go to the path where all the files were unzipped, or if you are running a Windows OS, just run terminal_cmd.bat and you are good to go.

    How to Unbrick your watch
    If your device is bricked, stuck at initial Amazfit logo, and no adb connection with PC, you have to reboot your watch into fastboot mode using the button and USB plug trick with this tutorial, and then you can run UNBRICK_US.bat to the root of the stock Firmware folder with all the other files, and run it.

    Or you can install the firmware using manual commands and starting at Point 3.

    OTA Installation
    Download OTA installer from Post #1 and if you are running a Windows PC, run terminal_cmd.bat, or any other command/terminal window on your PC in the root of the unzipped folder.
    Copy the update to the watch
    Code:

    Go to Amazfit app and update to latest version.

    Do a Factory Reset (You will lose all the data in your watch. Unpair the watch from Amazfit app while doing this?

    I will post the recovery fix at night hopefully with manual commands too. I'm not at home now but it works fine.
