My version number is ZV4. I wouldn't be able to flash that rom, would I??
After you root and twrp, yes, you can flash to STOCK ROM ZV6 Deodexed or Odexed. DO NOT TAKE THE OTA ZV6! Find "Stock ROM ZV6 Deodexed or Odexed" here in XDA Forums.

Does this ZV6 stock rom include the latest updates? One other question, would I be able to do my backup that I did from my other phone. I was on the stock rom that cam with the phone, only rooted and with twrp.

What ever date it was made, it should have that latest update. @engine95 should be able to answer that better.
I would do a clean flash, i.e. wipe everything except internal and external memory. Then start over. backing up apps from zv4 to zv6 may cause some annoying bugs.

There is no root for zv6.
Edit. And do not restore anything from zv4. Start fresh and clean.
I've never run into problems when restoring APPS, and app data, from a prior version of a ROM. I did that when upgrading from Barren (ZV4) to BarRin (ZV6), and have had no issues.

I just received a notification that I have a sprint update. It says press to apply data update. I think this is different than a regular system update. Does anyone know what exactly this is besides just data. I am rooted and running zv6.
It maybe the update of the Sprint Connections Optimizer. I received it just the other day.
