Hi,

Yesterday my G4+ had a strange behavior.

I had a notification I can't dismiss so I decided to power off my phone to restart it.

When I power it on, it went in boot loop, ending on a black screen with a droid and "No command" text.

I tried to reboot it several times without luck, always coming back to this screen. Then I choosed factory entry (don't remember the exact name) and it finally boot normally, but with a new app "CQATest" I never seen before. Besides that, everything seems to worked as usual.

I plug in to charge but the battery stayed at the same level.

I decided to restart it again to fix the charging issue and it worked without any problem, and now I'm able to charge it.

My phone seems OK now but I'm a bit worried by what happen. Before I power it off the first time I was zipping files and doing intensive stuff with emulator, can it be the cause ?

My phone is on stock Nougat ROM.

Sorry for my english, it's not my main language.

OK thanks for the explanation. But why did it start in recovery ? And what can I do if it happen again ?
I can't say what happened, may be something bad processes running in background or use of bad apps caused hanging.
if it happens again, then just restart to bootloader and start from there, it always work for me when my phone starts booting into recovery instead of system (it happens to me because of flashing custom recovery and all )...
In extra you can try following commands,
mfastboot oem fb_mode_set
mfastboot oem fb_mode_clear .
