Hi,

As some here already have the G4 plus, I was wondering, is it wordt the extra investment compared to the G4? I'm on the point of replacing my G2 and I was wondering, if the included charger and better camera is worth the 20% extra investment.

you know that the g4 isn't available yet, right?

however, the question boils down to how much $$$ difference, given in India the difference is like, $20? I'd definitely skip the G4 for fingerprint and better camera and more ram

In The Netherlands the G4 is being available for pre-order and indicated to ship June 1st, and the G4+ with shipping date of June 9th. Price difference is 40 euro, the + comes with fingerprint reader, better camera and charger.

I was wondering if the 16 mp camera with faster focus is indeed better then the 13 MP camera in the G4 (and G3)

40 euro is pretty steep... but it's always a question only you can answer by yourself.

wait a bit more when the devices hit wider availability and comparisons are provided then

My G2 is dying on me, so I need a replacement, the G3 is no option with the G4 specs. At the moment I'm inclined to go for the G4+. With the tablets I made the mistake not to go for the one I really wanted and having to spend a lot extra for the 2nd tablet. I now rather make a 40 euro mistake by buying a phone that's a more then I'll use then a 230 euro mistake on one that's not all I would want.

I think you should go for g4 plus of 3gb ram and 32 gb storage, as you are getting extra specification.
Finally you have to decide but i would suggest to buy:eek:

I do mind, however, I kicked some software (xposed and minminguard) of my G2 and noticed a big improvement in responsiveness. I'm hoping my gps issues were software related and not hardware, as I suspected. The battery drain is also a lot less now. This could buy me time to wait for the 32 GB release and let me then decide if I want to spend the extra cash on a 32G plus instead of a 16G regular G4.
