heyhey. so i got several problems.
first is the sim problem. i got it with the 20170602 version as well as with the 2017615 version, beanstalk and the slim build.
it works under cyanogen, though my sd-card problem stays.

which is my second problem. my micro sd-card ist not recognized, or rather only in recovery mode.

the third problem is kinda connected to the second. many apps close immediately after starting while showing a message for around half a second urging me to check my sd-card.

my fourth problem is creating logs for you guys. i ran minimal adb and fastboot as recommended with debugging activated, but it still said access denied.

i hope it is just a simple mistake i made, but at this point i'm out of ideas and i hope you guys can help me out :/

I tried to flash, but TWRP 3 keeps giving me the "Zip file is corrupt" message when I tried to flash any rom (several, so it's not the files). I tried with TWRP 2.8, but when I flash, TWRP seens to just restart and then the phone bootloops. Any ideas?
Edit: Never mind, I had totally forgotten to root it first. It is flashing now. Would be better to mention root in the description, for total noobs like me.

Yes, I am using two phones s5 and s5mini, one from India and one from Netherland, and have been using frensh baseband with both so...

I just can guess - don't have knowledge. But maybe it works, as both phones have same hardware and the french baseband fits to (wherever you live). In Europe I expect them to be similar. Maybe it will not work (as good) with baseband from US or Australia ....

Anyhow, I don't understand why Baseband should be different. Finally the expectation is, that you can use it also, if you are abroad. So the only problem would be, if hardware is not supporting all frequencies/standards....

Maybe someone with deeper knowledge can explain this.

The fingerprint scanner works a bit better at least - it gets turned off after you lock your phone so it doesn't freeze whrn you touch it while it's sleeping anymore. However it still freezes ocassionally so it's the same as on Touchwiz

After I solved the problems with the SIM card I recognized a new issue, that was not mentioned yet in this post! When I want to log in a official WiFi where you have to accept the terms of use, the option- window to accept the terms isn't available. So it is not possible to log in this WiFi

For general information: The SIM card issue I could finally solve by dirty flashing the rom with the newest TWRP and flashing afterwards the kernel of spookcity! Currently I am on Kernel #9 and on zytrix's rom of 20170615. I recognized no effect with Baseband updates or downgrades relating to this issue!
