So I've done other phones also and had no problem if I don't delete internal sdcard/media storage.
So my friend used it 7 days without Gapps and then I do a new try with Pico-Gapps 30.6.
I wiped nothing only installed the Gapps and it worked after bootup.
Ok then his girlfriend wanted it on her phone.
Installed lineage OS and Gapps without delete the internal storage, same problem with Gapps.
Then I deleted internal storage also. Same Problem.
So it runs also without Gapps at the moment. I don't understand.
The only thing I was remember we tried on the first phone to install Google Playstore and Play Services as apk to solve the problem and Playstore I think was stayed on the phone (but not working of course) when I installed the Gapps.
Play services was deinstalled.
The other thing I installed LineageOS with TWRP 3.0.0.0 and the GApps with 3.2.1.0.
Because TWRP was updated.
That I don't tried on the other phone at the moment because I had no time to do it.
But at the moment I have no explanation for that. And nobody other knows or has the problem.
The phones had the stock Android 6.0 before.
