Yes it show a pass but when you try to get it to recovery mode it takes a while but it can be done. I have factory reset it about 100 times now.

If you can, try flashing the newest firmware from post 117

It stays for about 2 min then restarts. In the loop i have let it set for 12 hours

tried to open it in odin 3.14 and got binary invalid

plus i noticed its the wrong sw rev and it wont let me flash it

This is at&t notification and cannot be removed, except you flash the firm without the CSC file, if you are outside US. Then you will see the data button on/off, that is disabled by att. I did that on s8active and is working, but not tested on s7a yet. Waiting for newer firm to test it.

This is at&t notification and cannot be removed, except you flash the firm without the CSC file, if you are outside US. Then you will see the data button on/off, that is disabled by att. I did that on s8active and is working, but not tested on s7a yet. Waiting for newer firm to test it.

Yes, I flashed the firmware and CSC as well and mobile data button wasn't available. I have found a procedure on the web to activate the mobile data button in the scroll bar and now it works, but with annoying pop-up. I'm outside of US, can I solve in some way ?

To my opinion, only if you flash it again without the CSC.

reflashing the whole firmware with odin with all data lost?
doing this the previous CSC will be loaded isn'it ? it would be the original stock AT&T, why the behaviour should be different?

Flashed the same firmware version ...csi2 without the CSC file.then, clean cache and reset. The result: data toggle button did not disappeared, and the annoying message that mobile data is off is gone!

Yes, but I restore everything from google cloud and also samsung account.
