Tried it on the 925I with out luck. The bootloader (6) file fails to flah from odin. Any solutions?

its off topic. but is it possible to extract kernal img file and bootloader from a phone. with or without root.

Cant flash both bootloader

flashed the twrp and flashed the rom but cant flash the both bootloader i.e. 5.1 and 6.0.
why am i not able to flash.

and why are the two bootloaders given to flash ?
is the 5.1. bootloader latest amongst all or what ?

It worked with this 2.8.7.0 Version ,install 2.8.7.0, install the marshmallow.zip when phone reboots during install, enter recovery again and flash the marshmallow.zip again,now should it work, reboot in download modus, flash mm6.0 bootloader via Odin and restart.....

Unfortunately only in 6.0.1 and i find currently no Option to update to 6.0.1 with this version

the bootloaders are not installing on mine.

Just install the firmware from twrp or philz then put the phone in download mode and install the 6.0 bootloader via odin under BL section it works on 925f i don't know for any other edge models...

What version of odin you use? try with v3.10

Finally worked. Redownloaded all the needed files again and followed instructions. Flashed straight away. Fully working. Many thanks for the share.
