If for whatever reason you want to downgrade or don't like 7.0, you can safely downgrade back to 6.0.1 without any issues using the firmware link below. After you flash a lower android version using Odin, phone might get stuck on Verizon logo. If that happens, all you need to do is boot into recovery and do a factory wipe/reset and phone will boot right up after that.
