I had the problem with the recovery bootloop and all I did was re-flash with patched Odin. I originally started on binary 10, flashed the g930v combo, then flashed the files from OP with Odin v13.3 and thats how i got that very same bootloop. So i reflashed OP files with patched odin and when odin finished with the green light "PASS", it auto rebooted into recovery just fine and did its update and format and booted into setup just fine. And im not sure as to the problems ppl have with having binary 10 cuz i have 10 and OPs files worked fine aside from the weird recovery bootloop?!
Thx for the firmware OP, been having troubles for days with this phone.

It was unlocked to all other network when i bought it. I don't know if it is officialy Unlocked or Third-party unlocked.

1). I want to convert it to U version.

2). After Convertion to U will i lose my sim unlock (I don't want to lose it)?

3). After conversion to U will i able to root?

Dude... You're Awesome!!!

When I first got my S7, I did the whole mix and match thing, and ran the Universal firmware with the Sprint radio because it got better service at my house like that. I have been waiting for the AT&T version to catch up so I can flash it back to stock, because I recently upgraded... I downloaded this... And had no issues whatsoever... Flashed perfectly... Thank you so much!!!

Thanks. File worked!

I can now go from the Samsung Galaxy S7 (powered by android), to Samsung, to ATT, to starting android, then the Hi There! screen. It then installs applications, but since FRP was on, I have to enter the gmail account associated with the phone - I have the passwords. Problem now is that the phone will reboot itself after about 60-90 seconds before I can get through the verification process of the gmail. It almost seems like I have a battery / voltage problem which triggers a reboot. Next step is to replace the battery.

Anyone have any ideas?

I had some time today and was able to flash G930AUCUBCTB1 to my SM-G930VC. I had SM-G930U firmware on it previously and using Red Pocket GSMA I didn't have VoLTE or WiFi calling. After flashing this I have both now.

Screenshot of the default bands that were enabled:

I was able to enable bands 14 and 17 successfully.

Was your problem the battery? I have this issue and have literally tried everything I can find online in XDA and other forums. Have flashed multiple ATT Oreo firmwares and one unlocked firmware....out of about 100 or so attempts I've had 4 or 5 good flashes where I didn't get the bootloop...but then I sit too long on the setup trying to add the gmail account or bypass it with the wifi/hotspot on/off trick and inevitably it boots back up and starts either a standard bootloop or a recovery bootloop....have only been able to enter android recovery about 3 of those times to try and clear partition, didn't help.

Does your S7 have the Exynos processor? I think I read somewhere that if you flashed Snapdragon firmware on Exynos or vise versa you get voltage problems.

Full ODIN stock ATT files.
Download one file, unzip to 4 files, put in ODIN and flash.
I take no responsibility if anything goes wrong. You don't need to be on certain baseband to flash this, you can flash this directly from any baseband version to this.

Download link: https://easyupload.io/ex8ujm
Download link for Odin 3.13.1: https://odindownload.com/download/Odin3_v3.13.1.zip
Download link for Odin3_v3.13.1_3B_PatcheD: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=5862345805528067949

If i helped you don't forget to hit thanks button :D
I just got a replacement S7 from AT&T and the baseband version is G930AUCUBCTB1, build bumber R16NW.G930AUCUBCTB1.

Ok.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930A AT&T

No matter what I do.. It wont take the firmware at all. Even though it says PASSED on Patched Odin.

I even tried installing the combination file but it gets stuck at the combination logo then it restarts to recovery.

I tried all the firmware I know but still no luck.

Anyone here that can help me? I really appreciate it.

the exact same thing happens to me that I already tried everything, maybe the memory of the system is damaged and that's why it has no solution
