Mine was kinda hot during the update but afterwards it's nice and coolDevice runs hotter than before with this update, also got a overheated message after I came back to view if update was completed. Never had this before.

You think you are gonna get a different answer if you post this question in different threads? If you read about Magisk, you would know it only works with unlocked bootloaders. Maybe in the future someone will get something to work, and as soon as that happens it will be posted here in the forums..Has anyone try using Magisk to root their s7edge?
