How can I transfer back to 986U Firmware From 986U1?

Last month I transferred to U1 Firmware using this guide. I was successful. And my CSC changed from TMB/TMB/TMB to XAA/XAA/TMB.
However, I want to get back to TMB/TMB/TMB, And I Flashed the latest Android 11 TMB (U) Firmware to my phone. But I noticed the CSC still XAA.
Note that, I selected CSC, not HOME_CSC when flashing. I tried both with SIM or without SIM Flashing.

Please Help me with how can I get back to TMB?

I am still waiting on the ATT version of OneUI 3. Is it okay to mix the Android 10 version of ATT for the CSC part with the other parts of Android 11 XAA, when flashing?

"AT&T version" would mean U firmware
"XAA" would mean U1 firmware.

So it sounds like you're contradicting yourself. I'm not understanding which one you want to flash

In Odin, there are 4 components to flash, including the csc or home csc. I am wanting to flash the branded (Android 10) csc to keep the carrier features while using the u1 unbloated version (Android 11) for the other components.

All U firmware pieces are identical, for each build - no matter which carrier it's from. So there is no such thing as an "AT&T CSC". So you can flash the CSC from any released build of Android 11 U firmware, combined with the rest of the files from any released build of Android 11 U1 firmware.

The UserData files you have linked in the first post, what Android version do they correlate to? Can I download the U version and flash it over Android 11?

Hello, I have a S20 Ultra 5G G988U device. Although I have been waiting for months, I am not getting updates over OTA. For this reason I installed different CSCs. What should I do to get updates, which CSC should I install in U or U1? When I check my phone's settings 'Service provider software' SAOMC_SM_G) ((U_OYN_XAA_QQ_0007 XAA / XAA / ATT appears. Which CSC rom should I install to get OTA updates?

Please Help.

Thanks for help

Well Android 11 just came out, so you're obviously not going to know if you'll now get OTAs or not, until a new version is released. Once the next update of Android 11 is released, if you haven't gotten OTAs after a few weeks, then AT&T is probably preventing you from getting them, and you'll always have to manually update

So what is the best CSC ROM I will install with odin? What do you suggest ? thanks.

Procedure is also given right here, in the OP

From what I can understand, the correct way to swap would be to flash the SM-G988U1 region XAA firmware from Frija 1st using Odin (3.14.1 patched), wiping everything by checking CSC (I don't see HOME-CSC) but no USERDATA, do the sim card carrier install, and then re-flash SM-G988U region TMB/TMK firmware w/USERDATA?

If this is correct the only thing I waiting to figure out is if I should use TMK or TMB, though I'd love to be able to keep all my apps and stuff instead of transferring and setting it all up again.

PS - Does anyone know if there are any significant differences between the TMK (metropcs) an TMB (t-mobile)? I just bought a Verizon S20U, plugged it into my MPCS , and really have been dying to switch it to either one to get rid of VZWs bloat and whatnot. I've been out of the root and flashing game for like 8 years so I feel like a newb again.

That's how I flashed my current setup, mixture of u1 and I.

Metro has never sold the S20 Ultra, so no Metro USERDATA exists for that model. You'll have to go with T-Mobile firmware

I have a Verizon s20 Ultra, that is locked, I know flashing the U1 firmware won't unlock it, but I thought it will be something similar with previous models, example, I had a Verizon s10 5g version that asked me to contact customer service to use another service provider, I flashed the att firmware and boom I was ready to use it with any service, in my cause I use tmobile, so I did same with this s20 Ultra, works for a few minutes then unlock code message pop up, and I dismiss but phone won't work, do you know if there a way to unlock it with flashing firmwares like I did with the S10 5g???
