How to Root and Install custom Recovery TWRP on this device? also I am looking for any Custom ROM, I want to sell this phone if there is any Custom ROM 64bit version, I hate Android 32bit.
Root for Exynos 850

1. Download the exact firmware (including upgrade date) for your device from https://samfrew.com or https://www.samfirmware.net/ or https://www.full-repair-firmware.com/search?q=A20 or
2. Download patched magisk
3. Use zarchiver to extract the ap section from the firmware.
4. Use magisk to patch the ap section.
5. Unlock the bootloader.
6. Flash the patched ap file using Odin.
7. Reboot.
8. Go all the way through the set-up process.
9. Don't upgrade your magisk of you won't see the online modules

Thanks for this. So I tried to install it via magic flash method cause I have no custom recovery installed as there was none available for my device, and now I'm stuck in a bootloop. Do I need to flash boot.tar again?

hey, how to change from 32 bit to 64 bit?
Like other brand XIaomi has 32 bit architecture, but there are so many custom rom like Lineage os which has provided with 64bit architecture that we can easily install any 64bit apps on it,, Samsung brand especially A13 is not really famous and it has refreshed shipped with Mediatek Helio G80 is far capable to run 64bit apps compared to Exynos 850,,, it really sucks just in a few months they replaced it with better cpu performance.

So can I get that custom rom currently without rooting and if yes how do I do it.

Hi, I've build Orangefox TWRP variant for A13 SM-A137F (MTK) phone.

Decryption still not working and disabling FBE break Samsung OS... so take it as it is.
If someone wants to help with correct decyption blobs, then please ;-)
    bootloop :(

Thank you very much for this hint. It's really confusing, as I could not find a comprehensive instruction for this phone. For an ordinary person it's hard to distinguish what to do. I'll be happy to collect all the data and write an instruction for this phone - promised. But I'd need a little help.

    Questions so far:

    1. I found these instructions. But my guess is that it's not necessary to perform all these steps. True? - Should it be possible just to flash the image into the phone, following instructions at the Odin page?
    2. I found I do need a "arm32-binder64" Type "A" ROM. True? - Or will an "AB" work as well? - More of the latter seem to be around.
    3. system-td-arm32_binder64-ab-vanilla.img.xz from https://github.com/TrebleDroid/treble_experimentations/releases seems to be a promising candidate. True?
    4. Images normally come as *.img files, Odin requires *.tar files. Is it good enough to just tar these files for Odin?
Sorry for these amateurish questions - but those do occur at amateurs'....

    Cheers,
    Wolf
    nah
    I can help you.
I'm using lineageos 20 td-based with gapps and magisk as daily driver.
Just download your system (you can try this one: https://github.com/TrebleDroid/treble_experimentations/releases, but lineageos is really better :| )
You should use system-td-arm32_binder64-ab-vanilla.img.xz (binder64, ab).
    here's how:

    1.1 backup your data
    1.2 unlock bootloader :)))
1.2.1 check if bootloader is unlocked (go to settings>developer menu and check OEM unlock toggle)
1.3 check what version of android you want to install
    1.4 download stock firmware (samfw.com)
    1.4.1 enter your model
1.4.2 select your csc code (just google it how to check csc code)
1.4.3 download latest version (download the latest version from android (if the GSI you want is android 12, download the latest firmware which has android 12, and the same with 13))
    1.4.4 unzip file
    1.4.5 go to download mode
    1.4.5.1 run odin
1.4.5.2 check if odin detected your phone
1.4.5.3 flash all files (csc, ap, bl, cp) in odin
    1.4.6 reboot
1.4.7 go to settings>developer menu and check OEM unlock toggle (again huh)
    1.5 install magisk app
1.5.1 copy AP file into phone
    1.5.2 go to magisk app
1.5.3 click install > select patch file > select AP file > click install
1.5.4 in downloads, there should be a file (magisk_xxxxx.tar), copy it to computer
1.5.5 flash it in odin in AP slot (if you don't know how, check 1.4.5.1-1.4.5.2)
1.5.6 go to settings>developer menu and check OEM unlock toggle (again again huh)
    1.6 download this to computer(https://xdaforums.com/t/installing-...r-img-on-sm-a127f-and-sm-a325f-linux.4365511/)
    1.6.1 unpack it
1.6.2 do sudo apt install simg2img xz-utils lz4 unzip gzip jq file
1.6.3 copy your gsi and stock ap file to repacksuper folder
    1.6.4 do chmod +x ./repacksuper.sh
    1.6.5 do ./repacksuper.sh [ap file] [gsi] my_first_gsi.tar
2 flash my_first_gsi.tar in odin in AP slot (if you don't know how, check 1.4.5.1-1.4.5.2)
2.1 press and hold power and vol+ (go to recovery)
    2.2 wipe /data (factory reset)
    2.3 reboot
    2.4 enjoy!

It took me 3 hours to write all this, if you don't understand something, feel free to ask!
