The app was released, and as of now registrations are open.
You can search for Galaxy Beta on Galaxy apps.

Edit: Beta start date is set as today, not September 11th. Also, It can take a couple hours after you register to get the update. I'll edit when I receive it.

Sprint's Beta OTA is supposed to drop on the 9th (approximately), Verizon's OTA Beta should be pushed on the 11th and T-Mobile's OTA Beta should be pushed on the 14th. Hopefully it gets pushed slightly sooner, maybe sometime tomorrow for Verizon beta testers instead of the 11th.

I see this now as well. However, my phone has always had an issue when going to system updates. It always says "Software update temporarily unavailable". I always have to update through my PC using the Verizon update app. Not sure this will work with the beta and I'm not sure how to get the update working on my phone.

Seems like the OTA was essentially a day late, they started late in the evening of the date provided in the Beta app.

We may have to wait until early Saturday morning to see it.

Try going into your phones settings, open the application manager, make sure you enable show system apps and find 'software update' and 'system update' and clear the cache for the both. That should allow you to check for OTA's again and not receive the temporarily unavailable message. Hope that works for you.

Thanks.....at first it didn't work but I tried again and now it's working!

Well I'm done with samsung. I installed the app around 9 am eastern time on November 9 checked constantly . Then went to work on my break around 3 pm i check again and its full. What a joke samsung. Before that i had to go to stores a few times because they messed up with note 7 lost my personal time. Time for the new iPhone 7 plus

Nice! Yeah I forgot to mention try restarting the phone after that, usually that will seal the deal lol. But I'm glad to hear that it's working for you again.

Once it gets released, I'm sure it'll get uploaded then you can just flash it.

It's possible they may open up more spots if you email [email protected]. There are quite a few emailing them asking about it, the more who ask, it's possible they might budge and open up more spots.

Yeah that's good. It should be working, the beta for Verizon won't be released until tomorrow. Were you able to successfully register for the the beta? If so, you should be able to pull the OTA tomorrow.
