when i start the phone the bootloop also stays
and TWRP recovery stays logo
i can get download mode but pc cannot detect phone
all drivers installed
kies removed but i cant fix it

Make sure you used proper cable(so important)
And then go to search on Google how to unbrick your phone but i don't think that is bricked
What did you exactly to get this

Is twrp booting , or the phone is showing frp logo and just rebooting in odin mode ,
Btw if you want to flash anything with odin , try once more by installing samsung drivers by seraching latest samsung drivers and odin by latest samsung odin and make sure to use the cable which came with your phone or any other good working cable but the cable should be a data cable also rather than just usb charging cable.
