I recently bought the black 3G+WiFi 32GB version. Is this a general discussion article? It seems like you have issues with the device. As far as I know, I bought mine for Rs. 46,000 (Approximately US $700) at a store in Powai. I haven't had time to test the device and it's full potential yet. It's a treat and I'm enjoying it.

Hello everybody...

I proudly own Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition. SM-P601 32gb version, Black color model. I purchased it at Rs 44000/- after hell of lot of bargain & research across web world with retail market of my city since its launch. This is high quality class product with awestruck features. Did not modified any content, kept it with stock android 4.3 version, no update received since date of purchase i.e 21-Feb.

Till now didn't found any lag, other than "Unfortunately, IndexService has stopped." problem [ check out link for more details- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50609947&postcount=8].
Other than index service problem, my P601 runs buttery smooth [check out my video posted link for more details- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50614061&postcount=54].

Also with freebies which are worth owning, one have to do lot of arduous length of process to avail those offers.

I own the LTE version, SM-P605 32GB, bwt, I couldn't enable those even though I purchased it from US -(one of my friend was travelling back from US, so I ordered it from ebay and delivered to his addresss.) for $700 (RS. 45,000 through Paypal conversion). Unfortunately NO Google Play store credits / Samsung App store credits offering in INDIA, they just gave few games which are avaliable by paying at those stores. But other offer do substitute for them.
As per my information, LTE version of Note 10.1 2014 edition is launched in South East Asia, those countries which have currently operational LTE network, like Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia etc. So may be that's why US website don't accept Taiwan outlet serial number. Try registering on Samsung Taiwan www.samsung.com/tw/ then may be you can avail country specific offers.
Launching of device depends on Samsung, so we can't expect the reason of unavailability of LTE P605 version model in all countries, but soon LTE model is about to launch in US.

I don't think so, as India officially sells P601, so must be offering warranty on same. Because Indian Samsung service center has spare parts related to P601 model.

I got the p600 model from the US and have a cracked screen now. Samsung India refuses to help me out, even though the P600 and P601 models share the same internal structure, with the only difference being the 3G model.

I got the p600 model from the US and have a cracked screen now. Samsung India refuses to help me out, even though the P600 and P601 models share the same internal structure, with the only difference being the 3G model.

Sorry bro, can't help here. Only Samsung India has authority to provide warranty & service to India specific model. If possible contact Samsung US & courier your broken device to get it repaired.

Genuine Samsung cover are yet to come, but you can buy other brand's cover & case on ebay.
I am also looking for same, let me know if you find something in Mumbai.

Guys. Try the moko ultra slim case. . Pretty decent with the smart wake functionality too and real cheap if you can get it from us somehow. . Samsung bookcase Is stupid expensive. Not worth It. Also try poetic slim line

I have bought the 360 deg rotating cover from ebay. That case has horrible alignment as the magnets keep waking up the tablet with slightest of movement.
The Samsung store at Phoenix mills told me they would have stock of black one in 3 to 4 days. But he told me the same thing 2 weeks back.They had the white case in stock last week.
Couple of Samsung stores had/have couple of white cases in stock. Maybe I am the only one who has bought the black one

In case I don't get them by Sunday I may buy http://www.zenuscase.net/ They have some gorgeous cases but on the expensive side.
