Thanks for the heads up. Strangely enough, I got notification of ATA5 last night. I was hoping it was the Feb update, but it had the same date as ATA1: Jan 1, 2020. I actually called TM to verify it was for real, since it had this same date. Besides, it wasn't listed on TM's update page. They checked and said it was fine. Maybe I was being over cautious, but for those of us that used to root our phones, I figured you can't be too careful. I have never bricked one, and would hate to start now. ?

Trust me, I was excited about getting the update and at first all seemed ok. But then I noticed certain things were not behaving as normal especially with common apps.

I assumed that the apps just needed to receive updates from their developers but then I find that that's not going to happen because Google has removed various functions. Alarm clock apps that don't wake the screen on activation, clipboard access by third party apps no longer supported, which breaks several apps I have. The fact that Google also stopped third party launchers from using the new gestures. Smart lock broken, theming broken, lockdown of various permission access.

Then I noticed lag on the recent apps button and other stutters around the system. Some notifications no longer appearing, battery optimisation no longer intuitive, and more.

I have gone from a perfectly functional phone with everything working normally, to a phone with many frustrations, and I am not seeing ANY benefits from Android 10/UI2

Same with me - about once a week my phone becomes unusable - takes about 45s for the notification bar to swipe down to present the power icon to do a reset.

Search google, there are a lot of people with Note 10's and S10's that are complaining about kernel memory leaks in the A10 update. I am regretting moving to A10, 9 was working just fine.

DTM is depends of T-Mobile. When they want or when they will accept update, than you get. DBT is samsung released update. Don't need operator approval.

Hello,
I got now some hints, especially for changing csc. Problewm is the factory reset. All backups - so far I know - will restore only media and some apps. All other stuff (wifi, codes aso.) not, so its a terrible work to get the phone to its original state. Is there a backup for everything? Its the same phone for restore...
greetings, Mike

Hey guys,
meanwhile I did some resarch and try-outs.
*#272*IMEI# dont work. Because of guaranty I wont root. Also seems, the 5G stuff is a little special, so I think, I will return the phone.
Thanks so far. Mike

Hello guys. I have a question
I`m using Note 10+ 5G N976B. Vodafone Romania. I have bought it from a friend and i think something its not right. I didn't get the Android 10 update. I have the last security patch from 1 August 2019. The button "Last update" is not press-able. Anyone knows anything about it ? Thank you.

Funny, aside from theming (which has nothing to do with functionality), I've had the opposite experience. Granted, I just got the phone a week ago, and it came with 10 after an update right out of the box, but my battery life is incredible, zero app issues, and I'm really enjoying 10.

My one and only gripe is waiting on support for gestures in Nova.

Well your clipboard apps and most alarm clock apps won't work because Google changed the required permissions in Android 10.

How is it possible? I'm still on android 9.UK Vodafone

Use Frija to download it buddy. Or, even better, hit up Vodafone for you NUC (Network Unlock Code) and SIM unlock your blower. That way your software updates will come from Samsung as opposed to Vodafone.
