Mon samsung.note 8 reconnai ma sim mais le réseaux est off . Je n'arrive pas à accéder au panneau debug.
J'ai fait plusieurs ful wipe inutilement.
Je suit à cours de solutions .

Hello from South of France, My samsung.note 8 recognizes my sim but the network is off. I can not access the debug panel. I did several ful wipes unnecessarily. I follow in the course of solutions. Help please
