*#2222# = H/W Version.

both don´t work for me!

Both work for me on ICS 4.0.4 LRK

I've tried some codes in 4.0.4 with no luck. so i figured out that adding an extra *# heading and a *#* trailing almost all codes works.

for example:

*#0011# = *#*#0011*#*# service menu
