Hello, After following your guide i have managed to have NO settings application installed on the system whatsoever.
I backed up the original system file
however, after replacing it - No settings
After putting it back - No settings
Tried other package installers and it says the package is damaged?
I have a jail broken S4 GT- I9507 - Australian - No FULL OS backup
Please, if anyone could provide their expertise or experience that would be great!

i think you must replace with original and then go to recovery, wipe cache and dalvik cache, reboot

S4 lollipop hob7 and HOC1 deodexed replaces apk, wipe ... does not work, fc
ditto with rom recompiled, fc, settings.apk is closed
an idea, or other functional apk with lollipop s4
