Just paste the apk in the folder : Priv-app/system

i tried to flash from recovery but it is the settings of echoe rom .....

With a file explorer, go to system and there search for priv-app

The folder is not present in android 4.3. It's only there in 4.4.2 Read it on google. I too am desperate to find a way to make it work on 4.3.

i tried again, same bootloop but after a wipe is working but some things mess up there....about phone apears 2 times... 1 time where it shoud be and another time at sound category )

Works on Goldeneye 4.4.2, but you get two settings-apps in drawer. Just rename to SecLauncher3.apk and place it in the folder mentioned in OP.
It looks cool, but it seems like it just replaces settings.apk instead of the entire launcher, so I just reversed afterwards.
