Frija didn't work. It stopped midway. I found a download on SamFw. only it was very slow.

United Kingdom (Vodafone) and United Kingdom (O2) are on latest Samsung firmware. Why you didn't receive OTA I don't know.

Galaxy S20+ now receiving April 2021 security update
Identified by version number G98xxXXS7DUC9, the new software release has first been spotted in Germany this Tuesday. We can confirm that this particular update doesn’t bring any other features or improvements beyond the stated fixes aimed at addressing various security vulnerabilities in the Android OS and Samsung’s in-house implementation thereof. But there’s quite a few of those this time around.

Galaxy S20 + starts getting May 2021 security patch.
The latest update for the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra, which includes the May 2021 security patch, is rolling out in Germany right now. The new updates for the three phones have firmware version G98xxXXU7DUDB. Apart from the new security patch, the update also brings improved camera performance and Quick Share to the Galaxy S20 series.
You might might wait for the update already. If not, you can manually check for the update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the firmware file from the firmware section and flash it manually.

Galaxy S20+ is getting their 2nd May 2021 update.
The Galaxy S20+ update carries firmware version G98xFXXU7DUE1. The updates should be available for download from inside the Settings app on this phone, though owners can also download the update from the firmware archive and install it manually.
The company is holding on to the original changelog. We’re not entirely sure what the new firmware updates entail. The first May 2021 security update that was released for the Galaxy S20 introduced Dual Recording,

Today I downloaded G986BXXSADUH5/G986BOXMADUH5/G986BXXSADUH5 with Freija.

SAMSUNG GALAXY S20+ SM-G986B DBT GERMANY G986BXXUBDUI5 FIRMWARE
It includes the October 2021 security patch, general bug fixes, and device stability improvements. While I don’t have an official changelog of this update right now, it might also include the RAM Plus feature that adds virtual memory to Galaxy smartphones and tablets.

Samsung has started rolling it out to the Galaxy S20 series. The update is currently rolling out in The Netherlands, but more markets should get it over the next few days.
It consists of the November 2021 security patch that fixes various privacy and security-related vulnerabilities. It might also include device stability improvements and general bug fixes.

Samsung is now releasing a new firmware update for the Galaxy S20 series and, surprise, it comes with the July 2020 security patch. Not only is this the first time we see the July 2020 patch being rolled out, but the changelog also mentions improvements to the camera such as better high-magnification (zoomed-in) shots and improved video stabilization.
In addition, the update adds a new function to the Galaxy S20 series whereby owners are now able to use Bluetooth microphones when recording audio via the Voice Recording app. Finally, the update officially ends support for MirrorLink. The last Galaxy S20 series update brought with it a few camera improvements and the July security patch, and it is now getting a new firmware update with the same security patch.
From what we can see, this update is accompanied by no notable changes or improvements. The only thing that seems to have changed is the service provider code, suggesting some network-related improvements are included.
