hi guys. I have android 11 with one ui 3.1 rooted. Now can I upgrade to android 12 (G9980ZHS2CVJ1) and then get root?

Hey all I have a s21 Ultra bought in mainland China. Can I flash TGY ROM on it?

I would like to get rid of the Chinese ROM mainly because of compatibility issue with Samsung Pay where I can't register my Visa Card in it (it only accept Chinese banks).

Is it safe to flash the Hongkong ROM (TGY) to replace the Chinese ROM (CHC) ?

I'm a newbie so if my question is stupid, sorry for that

It's not stupid. Yes you can flash BRI/TGY ROM. This is the only ROM you can flash as far as I know.

Mmmh it doesn't seem to work after all. I have a S10 Plus bought in Hong Kong so I tried to flash CHC firmware on it to see if it works, but using Odin3 it just says FAILS.

I'm not sure why it's not working. I used Odin 3.14.1

Any idea?

This is an S21 Ultra G9980 variant thread.
The S10+ as far as I know is SM-G975F/DS.

I can only advise you about the S21 ultra and not the S10+

Indeed at the start we are quite surprised by the number of Chinese apps. But for the most part, it is possible to uninstall them. For Google Play Store, it does not appear but seems to be in the system. I downloaded and installed play store via Aptoide and the phone showed updating not the first time. Currently google play store and services are present and the phone responds well

The problem with the previous beta was it didn't have Google assistant built in. I couldn't get the Hey Google command to work at all. Please check if you it works for you and let us know.

It will never work mate. You've already tripped knox when you first rooted. Use google wallet.

I rooted without being aware of the knox fallout, any idea how to get Google wallet to work? I'm based in the UK, currently away in Portugal with G9980ZCS2CVJ1 BRI. Tried every tutorial and keep getting this
