To Marshmallow Build PH4 (LATEST VERSION):
From Any Version:
OTA METHOD
1) OTA to latest version

WARNING: ALL DATA WILL BE LOST! PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE A BACKUP OF YOUR DATA BEFORE PROCEEDING.
To PH4
1) Download PH4 Here (On PC)
MD5: 517fa35b28ebd84646cd4e89a93e69aa
Extract the zip file, you will see 4 items containing AP, BL,CSC, and CP in their file names.Put S5 in Download Mode -> Vol Down + Home + Power
Then In Odin Load The Following In Their Respective Slots -> AP, BL, CSC, and CP [Check the boxes next to those 4, leave all other options the way it is and don't touch anything else but start]

Old Method:
(Ensure you're on PA2 - If not flash PA2 first!)
1) Download PA2 Here (On PC)
Extract the zip file, you will see 4 items containing AP, BL,CSC, and CP in their file names.
Put S5 in Download Mode -> Vol Down + Home + Power
Then In Odin Load The Following In Their Respective Slots -> AP, BL, CSC, and CP [Check the boxes next to those 4, leave all other options the way it is and don't touch anything else but start]

1) Flash PA2 to PA3 here (Download to your Phone)

2) Move it to an SD card with at least 2GB free space.3) Reboot into recovery. Turn off phone and wait a minute for it to completely turn off. Hold down Volume Up + Home + Power until you see a little Android guy. It will say Applying System Update or something like that
4) Select Apply Update from External Storage
5) Flash PA3 to PH2 here (Download to your Phone)

It is the last 3 characters of the Build / Baseband for the version of android.
Below are some examples from Android version 5.1.1 Lollipop for our AT&T Galaxy S5.

10. Can I go back to Lollipop once I flash a Marshmallow based rom?
Multiple users have reported that they were able to go back to Lolipop via flashing the PA2 rom. Once more users have confirmed this, I will update this post to reflect the reports.
