Galaxy S5 SMG900V help needed please..??

please i am really desperate for help i live in jordan and i just got my verizon version of the s5
i got it in a really really cheap price
and when i turned it on it says due to abnormal factory reset you are not going to be able to use this phone
i cant downgrade because its an updated version of lolipop godness..
cant flash any cmw or twrp
when i hit i forgot my password it tells me check samsung.com
anything i can do..? please i just have really limited resources and i was wating for this phone

Damn dude you got ****ed it sounds like you bought a stolen phone my advice is try to flash the factory stock OK3 that can be found in jkruse threat about jailbreak in ok3 and if that doesn't work try downgrading to OG5 and see if that works if not I'm not sure man :/
