Mine was a complete rigmarole. When I moved from the V10 to the V20 because the V10 just stopped working, they took away my Jump and then when I wanted to upgrade to the S8+ I was told I'd have to pay full price.
Next breath, the rep said, "If only you had Jump..." I lost it on her and told her I was told I couldn't keep jump. Very long silence, and she comes back with, not sure why you were told that, maybe we can put it back. An hour late, and a supervisor re-established Jump and I was able to upgrade to the S8+. Very weird they are stripping people of their Jump when it wasn't sunsetted at all.

Ordered mine last night at 12:06am. Midnight Black S8+. Going to be sexy as hell. Ship date of 4/20-21. Also getting the VR bundle as promo for preorder. Considering paying the extra $99 for the AKG over the ear headphones + 256gb sd card.
