Galaxy SIII Annoyances Megathread

Yeah my biggest gripe is the keyboard. It handles long words just fine, as it should. But short words (ie, got, her, lot, are, see, was, his, but, for... etc etc) almost always fail and the suggestions are SO FAR from what I was trying to type it makes me wonder who the drop-out is that coded this thing?

This was in response to those having frequent wifi drops.
I've found on past phones that I need to have my routers ip lease time set to something other than forever (2 weeks for example). This solved my wifi issues especially with Belkin routers. Worth a try.

to be honest the only annoying thing I've found is the lack of a dedicated capacitive search button. on the GS2 I used it as a sms quick compose trigger and it was really useful for sending texts while inside an app. Really missing that button...

You tried the fix posted on here?Mine got hot once or twice at firs but not any more.

Do you have link to post/thread? Is it in general section or sub section? Mine gets pretty hot from moderate usage which I have been questioning as well

Weak radio signal. TBH, it plagues all Sammy phones. However, was expecting that VZW SIII would work better than a 2+ year Droid II when it came to reception. The opposite is the case, sadly.

My AT&T one has fantastic signal strength. Far better than my Captivate.
