galaxy watch + buds live issue

I am experiencing a strange issue . There is a frequent break on on audio when I walk. It works fine if I wear the watch on right hand.

Anybody facing the issue and any solution ?

Me too. Perhaps the right side of Bud Live is communicating with the Watch. Bluetooth will be attenuated by going through the human head.

Do you have a solution ?
This happened in all possible condition
1. Spotify cellular mode
2. Spotify downloaded mode
3. Regular offline music player
