Hmmm... I still have BP/ECG v. 29 on the watch (R820XXU1DUA3, KOO) but I haven't updated the watch's SHM app via the Galaxy Store because I was too lazy to revert to the Korean Galaxy Store via vpn. Did you update the SHM app on the watch prior to the firmware update?

I wanted the latest SH on my phone as it has improved. I can still record both BP and ECG and I can live with BP not syncing with SH.

I did go into 'Set Features' and under 'DataPlatform' set 'Developer mode' to on. Made no difference.

With the apparent lack of a workaround to install BP on a UK Watch 3 on a non Samsung device, I contacted Samsung support to ask. They said ECG and BP will be rolled out in UK in their February update and will work on all devices.

However, the agent I was speaking to didn't fill me with confidence on the 'february update' or the 'works on all devices' bits. (Although BP and ECG are still advertised as Watch 3 features in the UK according to Samsung website so maybe it'll happen one day).

HELP RE-ENABLING BP ON GALAXY WATCH ACTIVE2
I previously sideloaded the Samsung Health Monitor from my Galaxy S10+ to enable the ECG and the BP monitor, they worked good but last year my watch received an update an the BP monitor was gone. The Samsung Health monitor says that no compatible watch found. I need help to re enable it to track my BP but I can't find how to make it work.
My phone: Galaxy S10+
SH version: 6.15.0.091
SHM: 1.1.0.167 caravana
SM-R820
Tizen: 5.5.0.2 (January 2021 version)

These are the files that currently work, but I am not on 5 5.0.2, so no idea if this makes a difference. Also note, that BP sync from SHM to SH does not work anymore, even not with SH 6.12.3.000 Alpha. So currently you can use the latest SH

For me it looks like Sams.ng kastriert again support of Samsung Health Monitor Syncing Feature...

Syncing s h .t seems really Server crap... sending data to Samsung Server...

Tested with Samsung Health 6.15.s.h.i.
Samsung Health 6.15.0.091.apk

Clicking ECG jumps to SHM
Clicking BP shows older results... but only manually input possible... no Sync from SHM...

So I thought I simple downgrade crap and have functions like before... Pustekuchen...

Why Blood Oxygen can not be exported as PDF like BP etc...

I am not 100 % sure if in Korea and Brasil SHM with SH also stopped Syncing?
I can't find infos about new SH """Syncing features""" from users... related to SHM BP and ECG...

Currently everything works fine on GWA2 with software version 5.5.0.1 and Samsung Health 6.12.3.001 Alpha. BP is sync with Samsung Health just fine, so I'm not planning any update for the moment. Waiting for the official release in EU (hopefully "soon").
