Greetings. Recently bought the Active2, SM-R825U(USA), updated to 5.5.0.2. Also own a Galaxy Note9. BP is not even shown in the watch(but ECG works out of the box), nor does it appear as working in my phone. No root yet. No luck with your guide. Every time I push BP.tpk, sdb complains that a newer version is already installed and does not let me overwrite.. Ehat am I doing wrong?

Yes, with Samsung watch update, BP was pushed and disabled so no one can install BP, you'll need to use a modified BP, you can create your own or grab ready made ones from this thread or others or mine in the Google drive (link in my signature)
No luck. The app installs with Device Manager but the BP app does not appear and SHM says ther e is no compatible watch(ECG works fine). The app signs prooperly, though

I am a bit confused and I went back to read everything again but I didn't get the issue you're having so I'd help...
You have installed SHM on the watch but when you try to open it, it doesn't work?
If not, please explain your situation...
Sorry for that confused ..
First I have a reseted galaxy watch 2 paired with Oneplus 7t (android 11) then:
1- use the (1.1.0043) installer apk to transfer SHM tpk, and I can see the icon of app on my watc.
2- install SHM (189) on my phone.
3- press on SHM on my watch, here is the issue the app disappear from my watch and I cant see it on galaxy wear.

After you installed SHM 189, SHM on watch is no longer visible? If yes, go into Galaxy wearables and look into apps then scroll down and hit manage apps and look for SHM, it might be hidden... unhide it by hitting the +...
If you can't find it, did you uninstall the installer from your phone...?

Guys I have Samsung Active 2 (2BA3) Watch its fully updated to the DUD1 firmware. Supposedly in the USA the ECG/Blood Pressure app is available. I am on ATT and for the life of me I cannot get ECG or blood pressure to show up? I thought the ECG stuff was already released in the US? . I have a Galaxy S20 phone.
No. What I am sayng is tthat the ECG featuure works out of the box without any additional steps, and no need for modded APKs. However, BP applicaton simply will not install in the watchh and the SHM app(be it original or modded) complains thatr BP needs a compatible watch. It is the BP feature that slaps me in the face.

Install the modified BP on your watch and see if the original SHM can see it, if not, use the modified SHM

Depends on your watch CSC region set too, in the USA, only ECG is active, have you updated the firmware in the USA? Or the update was done elsewhere? Nevertheless, if you don't have SHM on the watch pushed through the update, you can try installing the SHM on your watch but you will definitely need the modified SHM because they have written a script to show only ECG feature if country is US
Already did that. And sigining both modified and original TPKs. And using modified SHM. No luck. Pushing BP.tpk into the watch gives me an error abbout an updated version.

UPDATE 17.05.2020: I updated the APK with version 157 (thanks @[SIZE="4"]caravana[/SIZE]) because the old one gave a false-positive with MalwareBytes app (RUBBISH).
Okay, I'm going to explain all the steps I've done. I will try to simplify driving to the maximum.
In attached you will find the APK and the TPK that I used (the credits for both go to those who upload them in the forum; thank you very much), and old version of SDB (2.2.6.0).
Of course, everything will be AT YOUR OWN RISK, so you need to know what you are doing!
0) Enable debugging and "Developer Options" on the GWA2, activate WiFi (same network where the PC is connected, the guide concerns only Windows, sorry for this)
1) Download the attached files and dezip it
2) Download and install TizenStudio 3.7 with IDE installer (608MB)
3) Start TizenStudio, at the top you will see a box with "No target" written, click on the drop-down menu and choose "Launch Remote Device Manager" click on "Scan" and you will find your watch.
4) Click on "Connect ON" and accept the connection on the watch. Once connected, open the folder containing SDB 2.2.6.0, CMD, "sdb install bp.tpk"
If you have installation problems you have to try these ways
- on the watch activate wi-fi, deactivate bluetooth, restart the GWA2, retry steps 3) and 4)
- if you have not solved, you must reset the smartwatch, re-associate it with your smartphone and repeat steps 0), 3) and 4).

First, thanks for your great work. Now I'm using BP feature with my galaxy watch active 2 using your guide.
I have a Korean Galaxy Note 10+ (SM-N976N) and Korean Galaxy watch active 2 (SM-R820, R820XXU1BTD6, CSC=KOO, Tizen 4.0.0.8).
I could install the BP version 1.0.72 (samsungapps-000004413020-2035556-100000072.wgt) and ECG version 1.0.0004 (samsungapps-000004688049-2651158-100000004.wgt) and SHM version 1.0.0.165 (Samsung Health Monitor 1.0.0.165.mod2.apk),
but unfortunately I still couldn't get the ECG feature..

I analyzed the decoded APK + disassembled JAVA code for SHM version 153 and 165, and I couldn't find the ECG logic.
There was no code for "com.samsung.android.shealthmonitor.ecg.control.EcgController" class which is called from ControlManager.
Of course the "com.samsung.android.shealthmonitor.bp.control.BloodPressureController" class could be found in the folder.

2. Click 제 2893 호 (company number 2893)
3. 제허 20-295 호 (approval number 20-295)
-> This is for current BP app.
-> Classification Name is 혈압 검사 또는 맥파 검사용 기기 (Sphygmomanometers and sphygmograph). You can find this one as "home_about_label_classification" in strings.xml.
-> Model name is 혈압 앱 (BP app). You can find this one as "home_about_label_model" in strings.xml.
4. 제허 20-378호 (approval number 20-378)
-> This is for (maybe not released) ECG app.
-> Classification Name is 심전계 (Electrocardiograph)
