Game saves on other roms

Good Morning people, i have a little question. I'm on MiniCM7, last version, and i'm playing plants vs zombies and guns n glory, but if i install another rom, can i continue from the old rom saves? if yes, how?

I installed Mini cm7 without factory reset and all my games an such stuffs where There

If you try using titanium backup and made a copy , you can restore the App+data
