Gameloft games not supported

Glad to see that you have figured it out :good: well like i said in my post 1 Nvidia need to have some kind of mapping feature in one of their future updates, if they do that then it will open alot of door for more android games if not all to be compatible with the shield meaning that will give us less headache in trying to root our devices just so we can use third party apps to manually map the controls to the screen.
And i also rooted my device so that i can move my apps to my 64GB class 10 micro SD card because my 16GB shield memory is already full.

Did you swap the external memory 64gb to internal memory? If yes then how do you do it.

no i didnt i just used a simple app called folder mount from the play store, but of course your device needs to be rooted :good:

Just be glad Gameloft is better then EA and not letting you buy them until they know they work.

I am trying to root but the tutorials out at the moment are not new android user friendly and no videos exist of the process properly yet for shield so will have to wait I think

Apparently Gameloft lets you buy(or download) some of them that don't work as well, like Dungeon Hunter 4.

Dungeon hunter they pulled after someone reported it not working apparently. Which is another good thing I guess, they respond to the reports that the game doesnt work on the device. Would be nicer if they refunded it though.

Dont need root to sideload the amazon store and buy gameloft games or sideload gameloft games direct.

After I install the dungeon hunter 4, I can control the movement but I can't get fight working. Is that any setting need to be done for the controller?

There is another thread in the shield general and several posts on this very page mention it. Its incompatible with shield it seems.

Asphalt 8 was released today and has full Shield compatiblity! The game plays great with the controller and looks stunning. Well worth the $.99 price if you are a racing fan.

I'm I the only one who's shield doesn't workwith Asphalt 8? It downloaded fine, but none of the buttons on the shield are working for me??

Nevermind, I got it to work, a quick reboot of the Shield seems to have fixed the issue...odd though

The game does lag/stutter especially when the action picks up on screen...does anyone else have this issue? I suspect that the game needs to be fine-tuned to work with Tegra 4, which should be easily capable pf handling this game without breaking a sweat.

Quick Update, on twitter Gameloft mentioned they will be providing support for the nvidia shield, but not sure about what percentage of their legacy games.... To me it sounds as if they will fully support the more present day and future releases.
