Not sure you know how these things work. When you install an app in the system partition and then it gets updated then it keeps the system version but then creates a separate version in the data partition that is the update. Therefore now you have 2 versions of the same app. It's better to just manually install these apps in the data partition and save the redundancy of having 2 versions of the same app using your space. (that's why when you disable a system app it asks if you want to uninstall the update before it disables the system version)

That'll be because Beans GApps are for Android 7.1 (API level 25)

I see, but I was flashing Aosp extended v4.6/v3 which is based in 7.1 android, it said the room install was successful but when I trying to install any gapps this one or dynamic/banks/open all are incompatible

Something is wrong with your build.prop then. I assume gapps read current SDK from there.

The latest version is the one in the OP. There has not been an update since.
