Gave Up! Tripped KNOX. Who Cares, Right? Now I Need Working Download Link Please!

I have installed the latest firmware "N900PVPUEOK2" on the Note 3 I just bought.

Rooted it via:

Now I would just like a "One Click" like this:

Reason being is that if I hose up the phone I would like to re-flash the ROM and everything included with one click.

IF THIS NOT AVAILABLE.

Can I get a working link for at least the Factory ROM?

All of the links do not work and I can't find it anywhere.

I am just wanting to be able to re-flash it with ODIN in case it gets super hosed.

I was able to obtain this ROM:

N900PVPUEOC5

Am I able to downgrade from N900PVPUEOK2 to N900PVPUEOC5 safely without any errors? Because I could always just use ODIN and flash that and do upgrades.
