Dont know whats happening but after i install de update n2-v3 I get a reboot at sim unlock.

Maybe its a hardware related incompatibility?? My x10i had its hw replaced under warranty when it bricked...

what should i do? I was really liking the rom...

I have similar issue. I just reflashed rom part2 and sicked to standard version without updates...

Hey,

just installed the latest version of this ROM. Layout in Landscape mode is messed up in the following apps:
Phone, Contacts;
All Clock apps (Alarm, Timer, Chronometer, World Clock);
Calendar.

This bug wasn't present in the ROM when I was using it 2-3 months ago. Can anyone confirm that the app layouts are also messed up or is it just installation error?

Thanks :)

Another thing: installing Feralab Status Bar messes lots of things like:
FC for Settings when trying to set date;
Messed up Power Menu;
Saw a few more FCs, not sure if that's related but I think it is (like the app FuelGauge).

Guys i got real big problem, my X10 doesn't boot anymore, somehow it turned off. New battery, reinstalling and so on didn't work so i guess it is a hardware problem. I'm afraid i won't be able to remove these bugs:/. Will see in the next few days if i can find a shop where they can fix it .

Damn dude. If you've got nothing good to say about the guy's work then don't post anything. Go look for for your rom somewhere else or put money where your mouth is and make one of your own.

Hey guys! Here's a question to the ones who suffer from quite frequent reboots - have you set your homescreen to auto-rotate? I was checking the logs on DDMS and after a few strange errors, I found a post about widgets bringing down the OS when the homescreen goes into landscape mode. I tried disabling auto rotation for homescreen (only) and so far (2 hours), I've seen no reboots. I hope it's not a coincidence.

Does ur phone let u do anything? like enter flashmode, etc??
When my x10 died , i couldn't do anything, only the red led would blink 3 times occasionally...
It was still under warranty so they replaced the hardware... the battery wasnt replaced btw

I hope its not ur problem tho...

Getting a bit frustrated here.

Using doom kernel, xrecovery.
Flashed part1, booted
Flashed part 2, then doom kernel wifi fix, booted, then problem connecting with wifi!
Since I don't know what the updates include, or should I just install the last one, so I
Flashed all of them in the order of their release dates: update n2-v3.zip [18.05.13] , last update.zip [15.06.13] , second last update.zip[03.07.13], booted, now whenever I try to unlock phone, it restarts!

What are these updates? Do I need them?

I'm gonna try flashed part1, wifi fix, then part 2. Hope it works...

not working?

hey, i dont seem to get this working, bootloader is unlocked, phone has root access, i installed packages from CWM recovery with ending message "enjoy" but there was no visible change from existing stock rom. so wondering where in the process i made a mistake.
in the about section im still running 2.3.3, with 2.1.71 radio, 2.6.29 kernel and build 3.0.2.G.75
its been a very long time since ive played around with roms and stuff, so im a "bit" rusty. any help is appreciated though:)

    Thanks, did my best!

    What makes this better then the other gb roms?
    Well, firstly, there are some mods that are not inluded in any rom, also i have added some of my apps, it's stable, according to testers this rom is almost lag-free, i'm planning on updates that should make the rom somehow future-proof meaning that i'll be constantly adding or changing and last but not least i decided to check out hof far can i go developing for our x10
    However, to sum up, it would be best if you find out the differences by yourself and decide which is better ;)

    hi there, all the fixes and functions are ready, revamped widgets that come with the rom are also in their second version and good the look of XZ widgets. There's a performance tweak and a battery tweak to make the phone's battery last longer through the day. Since this will be the final update for the rom i'm taking it seriously and will release it in 7 days time - just want to make sure that there aren't any other bugs or shortcomings with it.

    Finally v3 is here. Rom is build from scratch, so it should be a bit faster and smoother, bugs like hanging when trying to uninstall an app from launcher and hanging when trying to enter settings>applications>manage services are no more. There are new file optimizations, booting time is shortened, swipe to clear is now more optimized so now it is easier to swipe. And the most important thing - semcphone bug is NO MORE :highfive:

    P.S.there are two versions of the rom - the one is to be used with xrecovery and the one is for CWM recoveries. The reason for that is because since some of you are using newest Ferakernel which is using CWM i thought to make it easier for installation for you guys :)

    P.S.2 The rom is now using more stock-based files which can help for better stability and easier mod implementing.

    P.S.3 You'll probably notice that updates are missing. That's because everything is imported into v3 and that should help for further update installing. I'm also planning OTAs for this rom but i may need some time
