Here I present you my first rom in xda.It was originally made for Xperia U and then I porte it because some user request me it.
It's Gingerbread based. Maybe you think I'm.crazy because we have jb 4.2. But we won't get the.speed of GB in any other android.
So what's wrong with GB? Definitely that horrible.UI, and that's.what this rom solves.

-GB. 184 based, the last one.
-Prerooted and with Cwm.
-Debloated.
-Compatible with both Unlocked and Locked Bootloaders
-Framework with holo UI, Z1 animations and some Sony ics/jb appearance.
-Z1 style launcher.
-Jb Sony systemui.
-Swipe to delete.notifications.
-Settings divided like ics/jb with Z1 icons and Cpu control, ota and quickpanel.imtegrated.
-Walkman and Walkman widget with ics style.
-Ics/jb music controls in lockscreen.
-Jb style of notifications.
-Jb google widget, like google now one.
-Z1 clock widget.
-Reboot in power off menu.
-JB Bootanimation.
-Jb chargemon.
-Tools widget of Jb.
-Jb Wallpapers.
-Deleted all clock icons in launcher (chronmeter, world clock etc) ezxept alarms, with jb icon.
-Jb like recent apps.
-OTA updater.
-Viper4android
-Various tweaks to improve performance and battery life.

Instructions:
-Wipe data, cache, dalvik cache.
-Install GingerbeanSSola.zip
-Start phone.
-Power off, start normally your phone and after that Install V3

Yep, post is in constrution. It's first time i do a xda deev project and it has a lot of things lol. Anyway you have some screenshots already. Or click in my signature to see more screencs

Yep I've just noticed it :S so i will put some screenies here too. Everything else is just normal in tapatalk, but much more organizate in web.

You have part2 in mediafire. Full rom you have mega or xda to choose. I didn't upload it to mf because all roms I made were too big to the mf limit and didn't notice this one is under 200 mb

Wow will try this soon, I'm on SlimFXP. So I should reflashed back to GB 184 then proceed to the installation of the zip? or can I get to flash it straight, as far as I know this may cause issues if we didn't flashed the rom on its base.

Thanks for your hardwork add some screenshots for the users can have a preview of the rom before using.

The Part 1 installs perfectly. Phone starts but after i power off and install v3 the phone dont start and the phone hangs on SONY screen...Now this is the latest dev..., What to do.

use disable service from google play,..... fabulous app... can disable google play services tooo
