Please suggest me a gcam for indian sweetin,i have tried many gcam but it's disappointing, even worst then stock cam, also flashlight is not bright, strange bug.please help
The most active GCam testers in this thread are using 108MP phones ... probably you have to ask your question in some other thread, where is more experience with your piece of hardware ...

Well, we all know that these so-called 64 mp, 108 mp camera sensors are just number and they work on pixel binning tech. They are not actually 64 or 108 mp sensors to be precise, hardware wise. So pixel phones won't come with fancy sensors with pixel binning. IMO though.

Cheers!
You are partially wrong. They do pixel binning to produce normal photos, but they are technically 64 or 108mp and if you take photo in 108mp mode in stock camera, you actually get that resolution and detail from 108mpx, not interpolated. Those sensors can work in full-res mode.

Few Macro shots at low light in the middle of the night :)
The shots from GCam are with PXL prefix, the shots from the stock camera are with IMG prefix.
Just a little bit fixed the colors in Android Lightroom ...
All shots are made with the GCam + Lib + conf from my signature.
:) ;)
The Macro shots from the GCam mod with this lib and the Macro lens config from my config file are definitely better than the stock camera - check the last 2 pictures especially, BUT keep in mind that for this shots I had no tripod, and this is very important for the good macro photography, especially at night ... :)
Tomorrow I'll continue the Macro tests on a day light.

The GCam Macro has a bit better detail in Macro in good light. In GCam the biggest benefit is the teachin tweaking and optimization opportunities of each camera individually, also the colour correction. The GCam mod pics have the PXL prefix. You can get my GCamera setup from my signature.

Thanks for doing the heavy lifting for us !

I've given up on ANX camera on Arrow os.

Would you mind telling this newbie how to deploy the shared object library? (.so). Do we simply adb push it over the top of wherever gcam installs? I think I can figure out the xml conf file deployment / restore. Thanks for your help

More Macro tests GCam vs stock camera.
Stock camera is much easier to focus on closer objects, with GCam focusing is much more harder :(
With stock definitely you can go much closer to the main object!

In the preferences of the BSG GCam version PV4 there is a separate menu

Hello, some shots from Krushuna waterfalls in Beautiful Bulgaria.
All shots below are made with the BSG GCam v8.1 PV4 mod + this config + this custom Lib.
I have optimized the saturation level, now the colors are absolutely real.
The detail in this setup is awesome!
I have made comparison on each shot with 6 more cameras, but I'll publish all other photos later today.
Definitely the winner is: BSG GCam v8.1 PV4 mod + this config + this custom Lib.
Great job with your modifications and testing. I had given up on GCam and felt it will never match the stock camera, and because of this I could never use custom roms. With the above combination the pictures are coming out really well!

Thank you for your hard work.

Yes, the detail in all light conditions in the BSG PV4 GCam mod with the custom Lib and config from my signature are even better than the manual Pro mode in the MIUI Camera! :)

Man! Biggest thanks ever!!!!!!
Started using the Pixel Experience Custom Rom but the stock camera app didn't work... had already given up after several re-flashings and other apps and then found your post out of the blue. App works like a charm and the pictures are just perfect!!!! You saved my phone :) !

After few tests, all work great with MGC_8.1.101_A9_PV4_Eng.apk ++ BSG-PV4-Lupo-conf-2021090703.xml but the custom lib libgcastartup8.1_mNR70W19T28.so make the selfie mode on normal picture crashing. Reload the default lib fix the issue, will let you know if i find a way to fix.

I haven't tested the selfie mode, thanks for the information!
P.S. This config is too old, test the latest one from the signature, many things changed.

Sharing my personal config, arrived at after months of testing and tweaking:
    - For BSG MGC_8.1.101_A9_PV4, no library needed
    - Tested on M2101K6G (sweet)
    - Based on jeneeek's config (heavily tweaked for reduced noise, more accurate colours, better dynamic range)

    - All cameras configured (main, ultrawide, macro, front)
Includes stabilised 4k video recording for all cameras (though GCam stabilisation isn't as good as on stock MIUI app)
    - Photos are sharp and detailed, while still looking natural (no oversharpening halos etc)
    - Colours are natural and accurate but more punchy than stock (especially in low light)

If you prefer instant photos you can turn off HDR+ Enhanced, but I recommend keeping it on as it gives you improved noise management in main cam, better preserved highlights in ultrawide, and more detail in macro/front at the cost of ~1 sec shutter time. Test for yourself if it's worth it.

    ISSUES:
    - No distortion correction in ultrawide
    - In some cases Night Sight photos may be more noisy than optimal
    - Viewfinder may get too dark to see well at night, you can turn on OpenGL preview to fix this

This is a work in progress, so let me know what you think!
    UPDATE:
    - Ultrawide now has distortion correction
    - Slow Motion video fixed (thanks @zelodev)
    - Numerous small quality improvements
    - Turned off HDR+ Enhanced by default (you can turn it on whenever you like)

There is no support of wide and macro lens in this BSG camera lol, or am I missing something?
The support of all 3 cameras in the latest 8.1 BSG version is brilliant, probable in a few days it will be available also for the newest BSG 8.3 version - actually I haven't tested it yet! :)
P.S. During the last few days I was busy on a bicycle marathon but now I'm back and I'm ready to continue the tests of the best GCam mods and also the ANX Camera support for AOSP based ROMs.
During the last 3 days I used almost only the BSG 8.1 version GCam mod with the config in the attachments below.
I'm extremely happy with the BSG v8.1 results, below I'm posting few shots.

Continued my GCam tests today and I think that I have found the BEST working GCam for our device - the best only from the few mods I have tested .. :) :) :)
I have made a lot a lot of tests today and the best detail and quality I have received from the latest BSG GCam mod with BSG Gcam config for Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro from Alim.xml, link to the .xml config here: Alim.xml.
I have tested and compared the same scene with the same focus point, the camera is placed on tripod.

Below you can find some of my latest tests:
On the name of the file I have written the name of the camera used and if it is with HDR+ switched on or off:

    IMG_20210814_194110785-BSG-Alim.jpg
As you can see alone the best result on the image when zoomed as clean detail with no strange pixels and noise is on the pictures made with the latest BSG GCam mod with Alim config.
This GCam mod supports perfectly the 3 back cameras and the front one with extremely detailed configuration options per each camera.
All this extremely long list of configurations available per each of the 3 cameras you can find in Settings / Modules
0.6 is the Ultra Wide camera
1.0 is the main Wide camera
    2.0 is the Macro camera
In front of the BSG GCam interface you can choose which one of the 3 cameras you use.
Tomorrow I'll test different configs and GCam mods and I'll post more info if I find better Camera / Config for Redmi Note 10 Pro ...
    :) :) :)
