Why?? Now there is two gcam discussions open. I earlier reported that thread because it should be merged in to this thread.

@Dayuser While we certainly appreciate your suggestions, I'd also appreciate if our decisions are accepted after they were made. This is a discussion thread, and the other one by @Prashant Dukare is a development thread. To move those two posts into a discussion thread would disqualify a developer's efforts.

My esteemed team mate @jerryhou85 cleaned this discussion thread from references to Telegram last year. I've just run another checked but also included a search for 4pda. This thread has now be cleaned from all links to Telegram and to 4pda. Those members whose posts were affected will either know or can easily accomplish a search in this thread.
I've now subscribed to the thread, and further posts with links to social media or a platform like 4pda might lead to consequences to the account of the author.

And 4pda is not only another phone related website (and not at all affiliated with xda-developers) but also well known for the distribution of malware and warez. Links or references to 4pda are absolutely not accepted on XDA.

For BSG 8.7 there are less parameters to tweak and those are not enough to get better results, you can extract default Lib and tweak it in Hex editor with the help of Rivov's Excel sheet.

for my config there is too much color noise on the table yet too much smoothing when zoomed in! will need to work on that

1 and 3 made with: lib8.4.400_Arcide_2022-04-30.so? If so, try with out any library, pure config. With that lib its getting worser as autofocus goes just mad and dont get and hold anything real sharp. Atleast on my tests it was always worser.
