The configs are only working with the exact same apk, as the one it is generated from. I don't recommend my xml. You can find all working versions and configs in this telegram group: https://t.me/SamsungGalaxyA52Photography> used MGC_8.1.101_A9_GVt_ruler_libs.apk

phoberus' config crashes my GCam viewfinder. I can't test the actual image quality yet since it's the middle of the night here as I'm posting this message.
No consensus yet. Each config file is specific to one GCam version. I would like to see a compilation of samples from people's favorite versions too, as I don't have much time to mess with settings and versions. There is the Telegram group, but I honestly can't make sense out of it.GCamera Newbie here - Is there by now any consensus on which Gcamera version Is the best for the A52 (and by the best I assume "Stable", because it's the same application tweaked for a specific device?), and which Configuration file has the best results? Can I use the same configuration file across GCamera version, or It version is dedicated to the specific version?
I tried Gcam 7.3.018 by Urnyx05, it is great, I notice that not only pictures are much better but videos are also more stable thanks to OIS support, why doesn't samsung include ois for 4k video?
If you have the latest BSG version, you have to manually add it in the module settings, use '54' as the id to add.It seems like the popular choice (based on the Telegram group is the BSG version). I'm running that at the moment, but even that ,doesn't support the macro camera.

Hey! Those are some really nice shots. Can you please share your apk file and xml here? Or at least upload them somewhere and try to link them here if you can. I've spent 2 days trying to work a config out and I am unable to get astrophotography working.I have been using this Gcam version for about 2 months now and its quite stable as well with astrophotography, this has a solid 4 minView attachment 5396405View attachment 5396411View attachment 5396413
Have it installed and set it up like you suggested. Will have to wait for the next clear night to try it out down here in Jardin Colombia SA.You can use this apk, On mod settings change it to Samsung, on interface, use Pixel 4a and up
On additional module settings, select back lense 1.0, change it to level 3 and shasta factor on default.
P.s. there's already a lot of light pollution in our area
